QUALITY CONTROL

CPA Canada‘s Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) that include the Canadian Standards on Quality Management are being significantly revised with the goal of improving the quality of work performed by practitioners. The revisions, based on International Standards, are expected to be adopted into the Canadian Assurance Handbook without significant amendments in May 2021 with an effective date of December 2022. We have been proactive and our engagement files meet this requirement.
